Everything-Doesn't-Have-To-Be-Green Cocktail

Let’s ponder the St. Patrick’s Day cocktail. Should it automatically be green? Is green beer really a good idea? And when you get right down to it, leprechauns didn’t find broccoli at the end of the rainbow. They found gold. To that end, we present a peachy keen twist on the classic “Irish Gold” cocktail—the Everything-Doesn’t-Have-To-Be-Green Cocktail. Enjoy, and Erin go Bragh.
WHAT YOU NEED
2 oz. Irish whiskey
1/2 oz. peach schnapps
1 tbsp. RFK Peach Vanilla Bean Fruit Spread
1 splash orange juice
3-4 oz. ginger ale, to taste
Lime slice for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Pour the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, Peach Vanilla Bean Fruit Spread and orange juice in a shaker. Add a scoop of ice.
Shake it like you mean it!
Pour contents into a Collins glass, over ice, and top with ginger ale. Garnish with a lime slice.
