A farm-raised chef.

Growing up in Iowa, Regina Nekola Hild followed her mother around their small farm kitchen, full of the big aromas of fresh produce, tantalizing spices and made-from-scratch home-cooking. “For mom,” Regina recalls, “cooking for five kids was a necessity. But for me, it became pure joy.” Today, Regina is an ACF-Certified Culinarian, with a degree in Culinary Arts. And to each recipe she adds a sprinkle of nostalgia from that old farm kitchen. “This is my passion,” she says. “I hope you enjoy it.”
